Juli works with clients using cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness interventions to help clients understand their thoughts and emotions and discover their own strengths. Juli has specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and incorporates this form of exposure therapy to support individual goals. She aims to create a safe space for her clients where they can feel empowered, supported, and understood.
