Leah is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). Leah has experience working with adolescents and adults, supporting clients with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, academic stress, peer conflict, and current or past trauma. Leah has a passion for working with adolescents and young adults transitioning into adulthood.

Leah is passionate about creating a safe and encouraging space that allows each client to utilize their own strengths and potential to foster a more meaningful life. Leah enjoys using an eclectic approach drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness to determine the root cause of the problem. Leah is keen to work collaboratively with clients to create individualized treatment plans that suit individual concerns and goals.
