Punam is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) who is deeply passionate about helping individuals create positive, long-term growth in their lives. With a focus on building on clients’ strengths and tailoring therapy to their unique needs, she is dedicated to empowering individuals to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to unlock their full potential.
Drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions, Punam collaborates with clients to develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges and enhancing emotional well- being. Her approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and a commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard, valued, and genuinely supported.
