Kiran Bual (she/her) is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). She holds a Master of Clinical Counselling and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, bringing a unique blend of clinical and workplace mental health expertise to her practice.

Kiran has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, workplace stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, anger management, and substance use concerns. Her background includes working with culturally diverse communities, facilitating psychoeducational groups, and supporting individuals within correctional settings. She is passionate about helping clients navigate both personal and professional challenges while fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.

Kiran practices from an integrative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. She values creating a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. Kiran is passionate about helping youth, adults, and couples strengthen relationships, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
